The Swiss Modern Colors 7.5″ Santoku Knife in Olive Green by Victorinox is a multi-purpose knife that combines the functionality of a cleaver and a chef’s knife. The granton, or hollow edge creates air pockets between the blade and the food, allowing food to slide off easily and preventing sticking of even the starchiest foods such as potatoes.
